In 2010, we delivered a villa schematic design presentation for the Adella type villa located at Alkent 2000/3rd Phase/Alarko Lake Mansions.
We targeted for a design approach that could attract the attention of individuals with different tastes in the project, which involved the design of a 750 square-meter area. The building’s inner surfaces featured classic lines to accommodate the classical structure of the exterior facade. We created a harmonious contrast effect by adopting a modern approach to furniture and lighting.
Moving to the spa section on the basement floor, one can see an emphasis on simplicity and the use of natural materials underlying the general spa culture.
